What are the supported input formats and versions?

Gene-Auto supports the Simulink/Stateflow model file (.mdl) for Simulink R14 SP3 and R2006b. Models in other Simulink/Stateflow file formats may pass, but the toolset is validated only for those two versions.

In addition there is a separate Scicos plugin that converts Scicos models to GASystemModel format and executes Gene-Auto code generator. The Scicos plugin works on ScicosLab 4.3 (Scilab 4).
